Sound Bath

Fall into presence with the gentle tones of chimes, crystal singing bowls, shakers, grass rattles, voice and other instruments.

We’ll start with gentle breath and body awareness, then relax back for this enchanted journey somewhere between dreaming and wakefulness.

Lying back on mats with closed eyes, nestled in w/ blankets & cushions, we practice listening deep.

Sound will clear the mind, ease the nervous system, rejuvenate the cells, and inspire the spirit with the remembrance of love.

An extra travel fee will be applied if the offering takes place outside of the home studio, Heart of Alcyone, Idyllwild.

($50 if within Idyllwild, more if farther afield, dependent on distance.)
