Peace is a texture we can all remember and carry with us each day. It is a place in consciousness we can always visit, should we choose to.

You are invited to join me for a magical evening to fall into presence and remember peace.

We’ll start with guided breath and body awareness, then relax back for this enchanted journey somewhere between dreaming and wakefulness.

Lying back on mats with closed eyes, nestled in w/ blankets & cushions, we practice listening deep.

The gentle tones of chimes, crystal singing bowls, shakers, grass rattles, voice and other instruments will guide us into a state of deep rest.

Sound will clear the mind, ease the nervous system, rejuvenate the cells, and kindle the spirit with the remembrance of love.

In this receptive state, our inner wisdom blossoms.

New insight naturally unfolds and we move through life with greater ease.
